What is the Clean Rope Chain made from, and is it suitable for sensitive skin?

The Clean Rope Chain is made from 316L stainless steel, better known as surgical steel, with a silver finish. This material is hypoallergenic, so it won't irritate your skin, even when you wear it all day.
Will the colour of the chain fade?

No, the silver finish is bonded to the stainless steel with PVD technology. This creates a much stronger and more durable finish that resists discolouration far better than traditional plating.
Can I shower or work out with this chain on?

Yes, the chain can handle water, sweat and heat and is made to be worn daily. (We do recommend not exposing it to chlorine and harsh chemicals like bleach for too long.)
What if I choose the wrong length or change my mind?

No problem, you have 30 days after delivery to exchange the chain for another length or return it. If you exchange it, we'll send you the new one free of charge.
If it's a gift, which length should I pick?

If you're unsure, we recommend 50 cm, the length both models wear, which falls just below the collarbone.
