Each item is finished with 18K Gold, White Gold (Rhodium) or Silver, giving it that rich, premium look.

Our Iced Out pieces feature carefully selected AAA+ Cubic Zirconia stones, set by hand to ensure a sharp, eye-catching shine.

Is your jewelry waterproof?

Yes, our jewelry is made for everyday wear and can handle water, sweat and heat. You can wear it while showering, going to the gym or other everyday activities — without worrying about losing its look.

Is it skin safe?

All our pieces are hypoallergenic and designed to be comfortable for everyday wear.

How do I take care of my jewelry?

Take care of your jewelry, and it’ll take care of your look. Here’s how to keep it shining:

  • Keep it dry: Moisture is not your friend. Store your jewelry in our jewelry box when you're not wearing it.
  • No chemicals: Perfume, lotion, and chlorine (yes, pools & hot tubs) can mess with the finish. Put your jewelry on after applying products.
  • Store it right: Avoid tossing it in with other pieces—scratches happen. Keep each piece separate.
  • Clean it up: A quick wipe with a soft polishing cloth keeps gold and vermeil pieces looking fresh.

Take care of your piece, and it’ll stay looking brand new.

How do I know if my order has been confirmed?

After placing your order you will receive a order confirmation email straight away.

Can I change or cancel my order after payment?

Sometimes we can still make adjustments. Contact us as soon as possible via email, WhatsApp or social media, so we can see what is possible.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is processed, you’ll get an email with tracking details from the carrier. You can also check your order status anytime by logging into your Jewellery4all account.

How much does shipping cost?

The shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the country where your order is placed.

How long does delivery take?

Netherlands & Belgium: Next business day
Germany: 2–3 business days
France: 2–4 business days
Rest of Europe: 3–5 business days
United Kingdom: 4-7 working days
United States: 4-7 working days
Rest of the world: 4–8 business days

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide and also offer express shipping.

Returns & Warranty

Can I return or exchange my order?

We want you to love your jewelry, but if it’s not quite right, you can return or exchange it your piece.

The details:

  • Items must be unworn, in original condition, with all packaging.
  • Return shipping isn’t covered, and we don’t provide return labels.
  • Items on action can’t be returned.

What is the return period?

You have 30 days to return an item.

What does the lifetime warranty cover?

We don’t do cheap, and we don’t do shortcuts. Every piece is built to last, which is why we back our jewelry with a lifetime guarantee. If there’s a real manufacturing defect, we’ll replace it—no stress, no hassle.

What’s not covered?

  • Natural wear and surface scratches over time
  • Fading due chemicals, or improper care
  • Damage from impact, dropping, or rough handling
  • Lost, stolen, or intentionally damaged items
  • Stone settings affected by force or accidental damage

How do I know which size to order?

On the product pages you can use our size chart to help you choose the right size.

If the item is adjustable, check the product description for the full size range.

Between sizes?

If you’re between two sizes, we recommend going one size up for a more comfortable fit.

How do i use the size adjuster tool?

For adjustable pieces with removable links, you can easily adjust the size using our size adjuster tool.
