These Terms govern your use of our websites (jewellery4all.nl, jewellery4all.store, jewellery4all.eu) and all purchases made through them.
By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

These Terms apply to all offers, orders, and agreements made through our official websites.
Our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns & Refunds Policy form part of these Terms.


 

3. Products & Availability

We aim to describe and display our jewellery as accurately as possible.
However:

  • Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings
  • Product availability may change

  • We may update, change, or discontinue items at any time

This does not affect your legal rights.


 

4. Orders & Contract Formation

A binding agreement is formed once you receive an order confirmation via email.

We may refuse or cancel an order if:

  • The item is out of stock
  • There is a clear pricing or description error
  • Fraud or misuse is suspected

If we cancel an order, any payment made will be refunded in full.


 

5. Pricing & Payments

All prices shown include VAT (if applicable).
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.

Payment must be completed at the time of ordering using the methods available at checkout.

If a pricing error is discovered after ordering, we will contact you before processing the order.


 

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery estimates and shipping information are explained in our Shipping Policy.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect address information provided by the customer.

Risk of delivery transfers once the order reaches the delivery address entered at checkout.


 

7. Returns & Refunds

You may return eligible items within 30 days according to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

For hygiene reasons:
Earrings cannot be returned.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection of the returned item.

Shipping fees and import charges are non-refundable unless required by law.


8. Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us immediately at info@jewellery4all.nl.

If the order has not shipped, we can cancel it.
If it has shipped, you may return it after delivery following our Returns Policy.


9. Intellectual Property

All content on our websites — including images, designs, graphics, logos, and product names — is owned by or licensed to Jewellery4all.

You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without written permission.


10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jewellery4all is not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of profit or data
  • Issues caused by third-party carriers
  • Delays or disruptions beyond our control

This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By using our website, you consent to the processing of your data as described there.


12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Dutch law.
Consumer protection rights under the law of your country of residence remain applicable.
