Refund policy

Every piece is made with care. If your order does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

If you choose an exchange, we cover the delivery of the replacement item back to you.

CONDITIONS

The first 14 days are the legal return period. Days 15 to 30 are an additional return period offered by Jewellery4all.

During the legal period you're welcome to inspect and try on an item, just as you would in a store. If an item has been used more than needed to assess it, we may deduct the resulting loss in value. For returns registered in the extended period, items must be unworn, undamaged and in their original condition. Please include all tags, pouches, boxes and other parts received with your order. Sets sold as one product must be returned complete.

Personalised and engraved items cannot be returned. Sealed earrings cannot be returned once the hygiene seal has been broken. Gift cards, sale items and items purchased using a discount code or as part of a promotional offer are not included in our additional return period. These exclusions do not apply to faulty or incorrect items.

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE

Email us at info@jewellery4all.nl with your order number and the item you wish to return or exchange. Once we have received your request, you will receive a confirmation with your return instructions. We aim to process every request as quickly as possible.

We provide your return label with no upfront charge. Return costs vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer. This cost will be deducted from your refund. For exchanges, the return label cost is confirmed before the replacement is sent. If an item is faulty or incorrect, we cover the return costs.

REFUND

Once we've received and checked your return, we will issue the refund to your original payment method. You'll receive a confirmation as soon as the refund has been processed. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional days to appear in your account.

LIFETIME WARRANTY

Every Jewellery4all piece comes with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. If your item tarnishes, has a defective clasp, or shows other manufacturing faults under normal wear, you can receive one time replacement of the item at no additional cost. The warranty does not cover surface scratches, loss, theft, accidental or deliberate damage, or misuse. To make a claim email info@jewellery4all.nl with a photo of the issue and your order number.
