These general terms and conditions apply to all orders, purchases and use of the Jewellery4all website. By using the Webshop you agree to these general terms and conditions Jewellery4all reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Orders are governed by the version valid at the time of purchase.

PRICES & PAYMENT

All prices are shown including VAT and excluding shipping costs. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination.

Payments are processed via the available payments icons below on the website. Your order is processed once payment is successfully received. Jewellery4all may refuse or cancel orders in case of pricing errors, technical issues or suspected fraud.

DELIVERY

Delivery takes place according to our Shipping Policy. Estimated delivery times are indicative and may vary due to customs, weather or carrier delays.

RETURNS & RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Under EU law, consumers have the right to return an order within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason. Jewellery4all offers an extended return period of 30 days, as described in our Return Policy.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized items, earrings (for hygiene reasons), sale items and gift cards.

LIABILITY

Jewellery4all is only liable for direct damages resulting from an attributable shortcoming. Liability is limited to a maximum of the invoice amount of the relevant order. Jewellery4all is not liable for indirect damages, including consequential loss, lost profits or damage to third parties.

COMPLAINTS

Complaints about an order can be submitted by email to info@jewellery4all.nl and will be handled as quickly as possible.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and all agreements between Jewellery4all and the customer are governed exclusively by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district where Jewellery4all is established.
