This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order is processed, shipped, and delivered.
This policy applies to all orders placed through:

1. Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- Orders placed before 23:59 CET are usually shipped the next business day.
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
2. Shipping Carriers
We work with reliable carriers such as:
- PostNL
- DHL (depending on destination)
All shipments include tracking.
3. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times
- Netherlands, Belgium: 1 business day (Order before 17:00 for next-day delivery)
- Germany: 2–3 working days
- France: 2–4 working days
- Rest of Europe: 3–5 working days
- Rest of the world: 4–8 working days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to customs, weather, carrier delays, or peak periods.
4. Shipping Rates
We offer FREE shipping on all orders — no minimum spend required.
International customers remain responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by their local authorities.
These fees are not included in our prices and are non-refundable.
5. Tracking
As soon as your order is shipped, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking number.
If you have not received tracking details within 48 hours, please check your spam folder or contact:

6. Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing your order.
Jewellery4all is not responsible for lost packages due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Missing house numbers

Any re-shipping costs caused by address errors are the customer’s responsibility.
7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Lost or delayed packages
If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost:
- Contact us at info@jewellery4all.nl
- We will open an investigation with the carrier
- Once confirmed by the carrier, we may offer a replacement or refund
Damaged packages
If your order arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Include photos of the packaging and the item
We will review and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
8. Weekend & Holiday Shipping
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During busy shopping periods, shipping may take slightly longer.
9. International Shipping
We ship worldwide.
Shipping times vary per country and will be shown at checkout.
Please note that customs inspections can extend delivery times.
