We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Below are our estimated shipping times based on your location.
1. Shipping Times & Costs
Standard Delivery
- Netherlands, Belgium: 1 business day (Order before 17:00 for next-day delivery)
- Germany: 2–3 working days
- France: 2–4 working days
- Rest of Europe: 3–5 working days
- Rest of the world: 4–8 working days
📦 Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email.
2. Taxes & Duties
- Orders shipped within the EU include VAT.
- Orders shipped outside the EU (including backorders, custom items, and worldwide express shipments) are shipped DDU (Duties and Taxes Unpaid).
- For non-EU orders, we do not collect VAT, duties, or import taxes—these charges may be required by your local customs office upon delivery.
- Jewellery4all does not collect or control these fees, and we are not responsible for any additional costs.
💡 Tip: If you're outside the EU, we recommend checking with your local customs office to estimate any potential import duties before placing your order.
3. Order Handling, Ownership & Risk
To ensure fast dispatch times:
- Once your order has been placed, we are unable to modify or cancel it
- If you entered the wrong shipping address, please contact us immediately at info@jewellery4all.nl
Delivery dates are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.
Once your order has been shipped:
- Jewellery4all is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit
- Risk transfers to the customer once the parcel is handed over to the courier
Lost Packages
If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please notify us within 30 days from the shipment date.
- We will contact the courier and investigate
- After 30 days, couriers may no longer provide valid Proof of Delivery, which may limit our ability to assist
