Locate the engraved dots on the inside of the links. Place your adjuster and align the tool’s tip with the link hole.

Gently rotate the handle to push the pin out. Once the pin pops out, pull it completely with your fingers. Remove the unwanted links to reach your desired size.

When the desired number of links have been removed, insert the pin exactly in the same way as you removed it. If the pin still sticks out a little after this, you can press/hammer it all the way in with the base of the tool.
